Fuzziwuzzi wishes to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Should you not be entirely pleased with the goods or service received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will endeavour to address the situation. Exchanges or Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Please note that it is not possible to make refunds where the goods ...

• ... have been personalised
• ... were made to special order
• ... where an order has been placed and knitting started
• ... are returned damaged or otherwise unfit for restocking

(Except where the goods were delivered damaged or in other exceptional circumstances.)
